Videographer & Social Media Content Manager

About the role

Shiza is seeking a creative, hands‑on Videographer & Social Media Content Manager to build and grow a strong personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and podcast platforms. The role is full‑time, based in the UAE, and requires ownership of the entire content lifecycle from planning to publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Film and edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, podcasts, property tours and lifestyle content.
• Manage and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and podcast platforms.
• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars and repurpose long‑form footage into short‑form clips.
• Create thumbnails, carousels and simple graphics.
• Set up, record and edit podcasts.
• Maintain a well‑organized content library and footage archive.
• Support shoots across Dubai and Abu Dhabi and travel as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving licence.
• Proactive, creative and able to work independently.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Professional videography and video editing.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and/or CapCut.
• Comfortable operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and podcast production.
• Graphic design tools such as Canva; motion‑graphics tools like After Effects.
• YouTube SEO and personal‑branding techniques.
