Vietnamese speaking Customer Support Agents

About the role

We are seeking Vietnamese‑speaking Customer Support Agents to join our Dubai team. You will be the frontline representative delivering exceptional service to online users, handling both crypto and fiat transactions across Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or in‑app messaging in English and Vietnamese.
• Assist users with crypto deposits, withdrawals, wallet transfers, and resolve gas fee or transaction issues.
• Guide customers through e‑wallet and local payment options popular in Asian markets.
• Explain promotion terms, VIP rewards and identify at‑risk users for escalation.
• Detect and flag suspicious activity, support KYC verification and follow fraud escalation protocols.
• Follow scripts and SOPs, log and categorize tickets, and provide feedback on recurring issues.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Empathetic, patient, with clear communication and fast typing skills.
• Ability to guide users step‑by‑step through technical issues.
• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of crypto wallets, exchanges and blockchain transactions.
