Villa Community Specialist – Resale & Leasing Agent

About the role

A1 Properties is expanding its Secondary Market division and seeks a motivated Villa Community Specialist to handle resale and leasing of villas across Dubai’s established and emerging communities. This is a 100% commission‑based role focused on delivering premium service to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and sell or lease villas in Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads through the company’s advanced CRM system.
• Understand client lifestyle preferences and provide tailored villa recommendations.
• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, including viewings, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Provide expert advice on community amenities, pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and resale value.
• Conduct property valuations, investment consultations, and prepare compliant sales and leasing agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors, and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and off‑market opportunities.
• Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, and property tours.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in villa resale or leasing within the UAE market.
• Client‑focused, motivated, and able to work independently in a commission‑driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s villa communities and investment potential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
