Villa Team Leader – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the iconic Jumeirah Beach Hotel as a Villa Team Leader, overseeing the Villas team to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will lead a multicultural crew in a dynamic, luxury‑hospitality environment, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the Villas team to deliver personalized guest service.
• Brief the team at the start of each shift, communicating priorities and service standards.
• Greet all guests and visitors warmly, setting a high‑standard tone for the stay.
• Monitor daily operations, resolve service delays, guest concerns and system issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare shift reports and ensure smooth handovers.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with hotel policies and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality brand.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural team and respect cultural differences.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and attention to detail.
