VP Product, Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a senior product leader to drive customer engagement, retention and acquisition across Noon’s platform. The VP Product, Engagement will shape the strategy and execution of loyalty, gamification, rewards and traffic distribution to increase user frequency and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the platform‑wide engagement strategy, including loyalty, gamification and habit‑forming experiences.
• Design, launch and iterate engagement systems such as rewards, challenges, missions, streaks and referral programmes.
• Lead traffic distribution, content discovery and personalization in partnership with engineering and data science.
• Collaborate with marketplace GMs, growth, design and data teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Build a culture of rapid experimentation, A/B testing and data‑driven optimisation of engagement funnels.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in consumer technology, gaming, social platforms or high‑scale marketplaces.
• Strong track record of building and scaling engagement, retention and loyalty products.
• Deep understanding of behavioral design, habit formation and customer engagement mechanics.
• Ability to work closely with engineering on complex platform systems and with data science on predictive analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the capacity to influence senior leadership across multiple business units.
