About the role
This full-time, on‑site position is for a Waiter at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen in Dubai. You will greet and serve guests, ensure their satisfaction and help maintain a clean, organized dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders and provide efficient food and beverage service.
- Maintain clean and organized dining area and manage table settings.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless dining experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service practices; basic cooking familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset and fluency in English.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
