Waiter / Head Waiter – Russian/Turkish Speaker

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Waiter or Head Waiter who is fluent in Russian or Turkish to join the team at GAIA, a fine‑dining venue in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service in an upscale environment and support the restaurant’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Supervise junior wait staff, coordinate table assignments, and manage service flow.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings to answer guest inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to synchronize orders and deliveries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fine‑dining or up‑market restaurant.
• Fluent in English and either Russian or Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
