Waiter – SAL Service at Saadiyat Island

About the role

The SAL Service team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is looking for a professional Waiter to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a luxury beachfront resort. This full-time, on-site position involves serving guests in one of the resort’s seven dining venues, ensuring every meal is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and recommend food and beverage pairings.
• Take orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to guarantee timely food pickup and flawless presentation.
• Set and maintain tables, serve dishes and drinks with precision, and uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate needs, and create a personalized service atmosphere.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of waiting experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point-of-sale) systems.
