About the role
Join the hospitality team at a prestigious hotel and become the face of guest service. As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress you will create memorable moments for guests by delivering attentive and friendly service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with a warm, professional attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle payments and close out tabs following hotel procedures.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team‑player mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
