About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi as a Waiter/Waitress. In this full‑time position you will deliver courteous, personalised service that turns each dining experience into a memorable occasion for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and taking orders with professionalism and discretion.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with the hotel’s performance standards and maintain high quality throughout service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise guests and suggest appropriate pairings.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards, manage service equipment, and prepare the outlet before, during and after service (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scene).
• Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage while actively employing upselling techniques to boost revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional language abilities are a plus.
• Strong customer‑focus, adaptability, teamwork and a positive attitude under pressure.
