Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the dining team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a flagship luxury resort in Dubai. The role involves delivering a high‑standard, personalized dining experience to guests in a vibrant beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and recommend dishes and beverage pairings with detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation.
• Take orders using the point‑of‑sale system, communicate special requests to the kitchen and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Coordinate with the culinary team for seamless food pickup and maintain impeccable table settings and presentation.
• Maintain a courteous, unobtrusive presence throughout service, anticipating guest needs and creating memorable moments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar waiter/waitress role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
