About the role
You will be the face of our food & beverage service, providing warm, personal attention and sharing knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings to ensure each guest feels unique and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items, providing informative and helpful recommendations.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge and ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Calm, courteous attitude with a focus on guest needs.
Required skills
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
- Understanding of safety and sanitation standards in food service.
