About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Ginori Terrace creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring food and drinks are served with exceptional service. This role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and provide a friendly, professional service.
- Maintain personal appearance, uniform standards, and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
