Waiter/Waitress – Full-time Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join Doner House in Abu Dhabi on a full-time basis. You will serve food and beverages across our restaurant, bar, room service and pool areas, ensuring a courteous and efficient guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and flexible manner.
• Rotate between different Food & Beverage outlets and sub-departments as required.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for each assigned station.
• Maintain health, hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels, order supplies and conduct inventory checks.
• Adhere to municipal food-handling policies and ensure equipment is safe and functional.

Required profile

• Ability to adapt to various service areas and work schedules.
• Strong knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
• Commitment to delivering high guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Basic inventory and stock management.
