About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the service team at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas. The role involves delivering courteous, creative and efficient service to guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the Hyatt International brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant and other dining outlets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at work stations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs to maximise satisfaction.
• Follow Hyatt brand policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Energetic, fun‑loving attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, German or Arabic are a plus.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
