About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at DELANO Dubai, you will deliver a refined yet relaxed dining experience that reflects the warmth, elegance, and effortless style of the DELANO brand. You will provide attentive, personalised service in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised service throughout the guest journey, upholding DELANO’s lifestyle luxury standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, communicate clearly with kitchen and bar, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, guide guests, and make confident recommendations.
• Execute all aspects of table service with precision, including setup, order delivery, clearing, and maintaining impeccable presentation.
• Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipate needs, and create memorable dining experiences.
• Manage assigned tables efficiently, coordinating courses and maintaining an elevated pace of service.
• Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Promote menu items, specials, and beverages naturally to enhance experience and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment such as a high‑end hotel, restaurant, or exclusive beach club.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling polished and refined guest engagement.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service procedures, and luxury service standards.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings to guide guests and make tailored recommendations.
• Consistent delivery of impeccable table service, ensuring guest comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Team‑oriented mindset, working closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house colleagues.
• Preferred: Hospitality Management qualification or equivalent experience.
