Waitress – All Day Dining (Manava)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waitress to join the Manava All‑Day Dining team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. You will be part of a luxury hospitality environment, delivering high‑quality service to guests throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Become familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise‑en‑place, setting and resetting tables, and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and upsell where possible.
• Utilize the outlet point‑of‑sale (POS) system to record sales, process orders, voids and corrections.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Clear tables and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Accommodate special guest requests for specific preparation methods or ingredients.
• Follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station/section at all times.
• Implement company brand standards throughout service.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Fun, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent spoken English.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
