About the role
Serve food and beverages to guests at the 1‑Michelin‑star Hoseki resort in Dubai, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
- Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, allergies, and dietary needs.
- Record transactions in the MICROS POS system at the time of order.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, and related service items throughout the shift.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
- Present the check to guests and process payment accurately.
- Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide genuine appreciation.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
