About the role

AYKA Facility and Property Management is hosting a walk‑in interview in Dubai to recruit skilled professionals for its facility‑management and technical services teams. Candidates will be considered for a range of full‑time positions across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, driving and masonry trades.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and installation tasks specific to your trade (e.g., HVAC servicing, electrical wiring, plumbing works, civil construction, driving logistics, tile laying).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to support the overall facility‑management operations.
• Report work progress and any issues to the site manager.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or certification for the applied trade.
• Prior hands‑on experience in the chosen technical field.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai’s industrial area.
