Walk‑In Interview for Offshore Roles – Abu Dhabi

About the role

NIGM is expanding its offshore workforce and is hosting a walk‑in interview day in Abu Dhabi for a wide range of construction and engineering positions on oil‑and‑gas projects. Candidates are invited to attend the event, complete registration and interview on the same day.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site‑specific tasks according to the assigned trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil, QA/QC, surveying).
• Support offshore project execution, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to ensure timely completion of work packages.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report progress to site management.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or higher qualification in the chosen trade.
• Proven experience on offshore oil‑and‑gas or EPC projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to join immediately and work on a full‑time basis.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Applicants holding visa‑restricted nationalities are not eligible.

Required skills

• Trade‑specific technical competence (e.g., electrical installation, welding, scaffolding, surveying).
• Understanding of offshore safety procedures.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
