Warehouse Outbound Coordinator - UAE National Only

About the role

You will play a vital role in ensuring that goods leave our Abu Dhabi warehouse safely, accurately, and on time. The position involves coordinating outbound shipments, handling customs clearance, and preparing all required documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities.
• Drive forklifts and reach trucks to move materials safely.
• Work with the Logistics team to schedule and dispatch outbound shipments.
• Generate and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs/export paperwork.
• Manage customs clearance for bonded materials and keep data updated in the PWC system.
• Inspect shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate third‑party personnel to meet daily output targets and service level agreements.
• Identify and resolve inventory errors and systemic bottlenecks, leading continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education.
• 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP WM module.
• UAE licensed reach‑truck and forklift operator; light‑vehicle driver’s licence preferred.
