Warehouse Supervisor – Dugas

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor – Dugas is responsible for maintaining a controlled and accurate stock replenishment process, supervising material issuance, and safeguarding inventory value. The role ensures that stock items are consistently available to users and that materials required for shutdowns or urgent events are provided promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Process, print and review reorder reports, adjust minimum and maximum levels, and forward material requisitions to purchasing.
• Handle special or urgent requisitions to ensure timely availability of materials for shutdowns or critical events.
• Monitor inventory control programs, verify data accuracy, and resolve anomalies.
• Maintain units of measure for all warehoused materials to ensure accurate receipts and issues.
• Supervise perpetual inventory counts, reconcile variances, and adjust records as needed.
• Organize and supervise a small team to ensure efficient and compliant inventory and issue operations.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in a related field.
• 5–7 years of warehousing experience, preferably in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
• Strong planning, organizing, and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
