Distribution Coordinator

About the role

The Distribution Coordinator supports ENOC's HETL Distribution business by coordinating fuel loading, delivery and related regulatory activities. The role ensures that vehicles, permits and safety equipment are managed efficiently to meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial tasks such as invoicing for vehicle registration, road permits, traffic fines and coordinate payments with finance and admin teams.
• Coordinate fuel orders, arrange suitable tank trucks, obtain necessary legal permits (Dubai Civil Defence, RTA, SIRA) and oversee safe delivery to commercial and government customers.
• Work with HSE teams to implement safety controls, conduct inspections, investigate incidents and ensure all equipment (hoses, fire extinguishers, spill kits) is serviceable.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of distribution or logistics experience, preferably in fuel handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; UAE heavy‑duty driving licence preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Management of GPS tracking and seeing‑machine devices.
• Vehicle registration, permit renewal and traffic‑fine processing.
• Invoice handling for RTA registration, road permits and fines.
• Procurement of hoses, fire extinguishers, spill kits and other safety equipment.
• Data collection, analysis and reporting of device‑captured events.
