Watch Technician – Luxury Timepieces

About the role

The Watch Technician will join International Luxury Group’s service hub in Dubai, providing expert diagnostics, repairs and maintenance for licensed luxury and fashion watches. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, disassembly and reassembly of quartz and mechanical movements.
• Replace batteries, gaskets, crystals and adjust bracelets or straps.
• Conduct water‑resistance and functional tests on repaired timepieces.
• Execute quality‑control checks and document all repair work according to ILG standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand warranty requirements and service procedures.
• Collaborate with service, logistics and customer‑service teams to meet turnaround targets.

Required profile

• Technical expertise in watch repair and servicing, including movement handling and sealing.
• Knowledge of quartz and, preferably, mechanical/automatic watch movements.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and ability to work under time constraints.
• Experience in a service centre, workshop or similar luxury‑goods environment is preferred.
• Effective communication in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Vocational training, certification or formal education in horology is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to professional ethics, punctuality, reliability and continuous learning.
