Web Designer & Developer

About the role

The Web Designer & Developer reports to the Chief of the IT Division and is responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining the Arab Monetary Fund website and its web applications. The role combines technical development with visual design to ensure a functional and attractive online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full application development cycle for website projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, customization, testing, and implementation using Drupal CMS.
• Provide first‑level maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting for web content management and hosting systems.
• Perform enhancements and customizations to existing solutions as needed.
• Run and analyze QA tests to ensure quality and performance.
• Administer, monitor, and support all web applications.
• Support installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of CMS, hosting environment, log‑analytics tools, website search tools, and security management tools.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and performance reports.
• Research and evaluate new web technologies, recommend tools, and assist in vendor selection.
