Wedding & Events Manager

About the role

As the Wedding & Events Manager at One&Only One Za'abeel, you will lead the planning and execution of wedding and social events for our luxury resort in Dubai. You will work closely with guests, wedding planners, and internal teams to turn each celebration into a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all wedding and social events from inquiry to execution.
• Convert incoming enquiries, achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Maintain an events schedule that optimises yield and up‑selling opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, wedding planners and DTCM for FAM trips.
• Ensure complete administration, accurate contract recording and compliance with brand standards using the Opera system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in hotel promotional activities and handle all related reporting duties.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in wedding or events sales within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high‑quality service.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients and external partners.
• Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities.
