About the role
As a Welcome Desk Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at W Hotels Dubai, delivering a memorable and personalized experience from arrival to departure. You will work closely with the Guest Experience team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Process operational tasks such as room assignments, billing, and reporting.
- Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to safety and security policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb throughout the shift.
