Welfare Officer

About the role

Minar Holdings is looking for a proactive Welfare Officer to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on supporting employee wellbeing, managing accommodation standards, and coordinating engagement activities to create a positive work and living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on employee grievances and welfare concerns.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement programs and activities.
• Monitor employee accommodation and welfare facilities.
• Supervise and manage housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments on employee welfare matters.
• Maintain accurate welfare records and prepare related reports.

Required profile

• Relevant UAE experience in employee welfare, accommodation management, or HR support (preferred).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage welfare matters professionally and confidentially.
• Good problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
