About the role
Minar Holdings is looking for a proactive Welfare Officer to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on supporting employee wellbeing, managing accommodation standards, and coordinating engagement activities to create a positive work and living environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on employee grievances and welfare concerns.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement programs and activities.
- Monitor employee accommodation and welfare facilities.
- Supervise and manage housekeeping activities.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments on employee welfare matters.
- Maintain accurate welfare records and prepare related reports.
Required profile
- Relevant UAE experience in employee welfare, accommodation management, or HR support (preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage welfare matters professionally and confidentially.
- Good problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
