About the role
The Wellness Experience Agent will join the Wellness, Movement and Longevity team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue through spa retail and services.
Key responsibilities
- Generate revenue by promoting retail products, upselling and cross‑selling to other resort business centers.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with brand standards, anticipating and exceeding guest needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury resorts or five‑star hotels.
- Strong background in health & beauty services, with a creative, dynamic and flexible attitude.
- Excellent spoken and written English (additional language a plus).
- Computer literacy and experience with relevant software.
- Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
