Wellness Host – Residences

About the role

The Wellness Host (Wellness Attendant) at The Lana Residences supports guests in the fitness centre and wellness areas, delivering a high‑standard, personalised experience that reflects the Dorchester Collection’s luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents and hotel guests in the fitness centre and wellness facilities.
• Provide information on equipment use, classes, and wellness programmes.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards of all wellness areas.
• Coordinate with the Rooms division to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and any issues promptly and courteously.
• Promote the hotel’s wellness services and related offers.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team‑player attitude with a commitment to the “We Care” philosophy.
