Windows & Linux Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Windows & Linux Systems Administrator to join Albinora Consulting’s rapidly expanding Dubai office. The successful candidate will act as the primary Windows specialist while also providing hands‑on Linux support in a predominantly Linux‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot software and hardware faults.
• Manage network components including switches, VLANs and routing.
• Research, evaluate and recommend new equipment and systems.
• Provide after‑hours on‑call support for fault resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Windows Server administration (IIS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange).
• Hands‑on experience with Linux server administration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, high‑availability and load‑balancing.
• Ability to work within a globally distributed team and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Dell hardware configuration.
• VMWare ESX/ESXi/vSphere.
