Workshop Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced workshop supervisor to manage and oversee the operations of our heavy commercial vehicle workshop in Dubai. The role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership to guide technicians and team leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Guide and support technicians and team leaders in troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Utilize business software for reporting, documentation, and workflow management.
• Implement and maintain QHSE guidelines in the workshop.
• Coordinate with management regarding workshop performance, challenges, and improvements.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience handling heavy commercial vehicles; dealership experience preferred.
• Minimum Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Experience with European vehicle products is an advantage.
• Current foreman or team leader position preferred.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of all automotive systems.
• Experience with business software.
• Awareness of QHSE guidelines.
