YouTube Strategist – Drive Channel Growth

About the role

The YouTube Strategist will lead Aevo Labs’ YouTube channel growth in Dubai, shaping data‑driven content strategies that boost audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube channel strategies, including content planning, publishing schedules, and audience‑growth tactics.
• Analyze channel performance and viewer behavior using YouTube Analytics and other data tools to refine video topics, formats, thumbnails, titles, tags, and descriptions.
• Coordinate closely with creators, editors, designers, and social‑media specialists to ensure cohesive content production.
• Conduct competitive and trend analysis, run A/B tests, and recommend improvements to increase watch time, click‑through rate, and subscriber numbers.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align YouTube initiatives with broader business campaigns and objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels and optimizing performance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret YouTube Analytics and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO best practices for titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or equivalent practical experience.
