Zoho Developer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem. The role involves technical leadership, hands‑on development, and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise applications across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk and Zoho Analytics.
• Create and maintain advanced Deluge scripts for workflows, functions, validation rules and automation.
• Customise Zoho modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, page layouts, buttons and widgets.
• Build workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, escalation rules and Blueprint automation.
• Develop and manage integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and third‑party services.
• Manage data migration, imports, exports and system synchronisation.
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics to support business requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, maintain system stability and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Proven experience with Zoho APIs, RESTful services and third‑party integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows and automation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai.
