3-Ton Pickup Driver for Fresh Produce Logistics

About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting a reliable 3‑ton pickup driver to support a fresh‑produce processing company. The role involves transporting fresh produce, supplies and other materials safely and on time between the processing facility and customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 3‑ton pickup vehicle to deliver fresh produce and related goods.
• Load and unload products carefully to avoid damage or spoilage.
• Ensure punctual deliveries to designated sites.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and good condition.
• Adhere to company policies, traffic regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence permitting operation of a 3‑ton pickup.
• Prior experience driving a 3‑ton pickup or similar heavy vehicle.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading.
• Reliable, responsible and safety‑conscious.
• Experience in fresh produce, food or FMCG logistics is a plus.
