3D Designer – 3D Printing (Full‑time, Dubai)

About the role

Ultratec 3D Printing is seeking a talented 3D Designer to join its Dubai team. You will translate client concepts into production‑ready 3D models for prototypes, displays, and decorative pieces, supporting the company’s high‑quality 3D printing services.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D concepts and refine designs according to client briefs.
• Prepare and optimise files for various 3D printing technologies and post‑processing.
• Collaborate with engineers, production teams and project managers to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards.
• Support visual enhancements such as lighting, animation, or graphics for presentations and client approvals.
• Maintain organized design documentation and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong 3D design and modeling expertise with a portfolio of production‑ready models.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of 3D printing processes, materials and basic mechanical design considerations.
• Hands‑on experience operating FDM, SLS, Resin and SLA printers.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field, with prior 3D printing or fabrication experience.
