4D & 5D Specialist

About the role

Pinnacle is looking for an experienced 4D/5D Specialist to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on creating advanced construction sequencing and cost simulation models using BIM technologies to support project planning, visualization, and digital delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage 4D construction sequencing simulations by integrating BIM models with project schedules.
• Create and maintain 5D cost simulations linking BIM models with quantity and cost data.
• Collaborate with Planning, Contracts, Quantity Surveying, and BIM teams to ensure accurate project planning.
• Customize BIM models for construction phasing, logistics planning, and stakeholder presentations.
• Integrate scheduling data from Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project into BIM workflows.
• Produce high‑quality construction simulation videos and visualizations for internal and client use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in 4D/5D BIM, planning, quantity surveying, or project controls.
• Strong technical background in construction sequencing and cost simulation.
