A320 Captain – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are supporting Etihad in recruiting an A320 Captain based in Abu Dhabi. The role offers the chance to lead one of the world’s youngest and most modern fleets while contributing to Etihad’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assume ultimate authority for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of each flight.
• Command the aircraft from taxi‑out to final engine shutdown.
• Lead and coordinate the flight and cabin crew, applying strong decision‑making and crew‑resource‑management.
• Operate in line with Etihad’s fuel efficiency and sustainability policies.
• Maintain on‑time performance and uphold the airline’s high standards of professionalism.

Required profile

• Current Captain status with an airline operating the A320.
• Ability to uphold Etihad’s safety and professionalism standards.

Required skills

What we offer

• Tax‑free annual compensation up to AED 674,029 (≈ USD 181,589) based on 75 flying hours per month.
