ABA Therapist

About the role

We are looking for an ABA Therapist to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programs to teach functional skills to students while ensuring their safety and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, and well‑being of students at all times.
• Implement ABA to teach developmentally appropriate functional skills based on a BCBA treatment plan.
• Work with individual students or small groups within a school environment.
• Maintain materials and student documentation.
• Professionally interact with parents and other stakeholders.
• Assist learners with health and hygiene practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in‑service training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Certified RBT, IBT, or ABAT.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.
• Strong organization and professionalism.
• Ability to lift up to 15 kg (30 lb) to lift a child.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an ABA Therapist in a clinic or school.
• Two recent professional references.
• Dubai Police Clearance Certificate.
• Occupational Health Card.
• UAE residence visa.
