About the role
The A/C & Refrigeration Mechanic will support hotel facility maintenance, ensuring the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house zones.
Key responsibilities
- Support hotel facility maintenance by ensuring the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house zones.
- Respond promptly to service requests, handling guest calls and internal work orders to minimise downtime.
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry work.
- Carry out preventive maintenance inspections, identifying potential issues and addressing them before they affect operations.
- Document all inspections, repairs and maintenance actions, flagging any items that require further attention or follow‑up.
- Collaborate with hotel staff and other maintenance team members to coordinate work schedules and prioritize tasks.
