AC Technician & Driver (Full-time, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AC Technician who also holds a valid driver’s license to join our Abu Dhabi team. The position involves routine maintenance, installation, and repair of air‑conditioning systems together with driving duties as required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM) on various AC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Clean filters, coils and other components, and carry out CM/EM maintenance for assigned complaints.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair faults in compressors, motors, thermostats and related parts.
• Replace or install new AC components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators and handle refrigerants safely.
• Charge systems with the correct refrigerant amount, conduct performance tests and calibrate thermostats.

Required profile

• Male candidate with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair.
• Diploma or lower educational qualification.

Required skills

• Preventive maintenance (PPM) of air‑conditioning systems.
• Refrigerant handling, charging and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Repair and replacement of compressors, motors and thermostats.
• Thermostat calibration and system performance testing.
