AC Technician – HVAC Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair split AC, package units, VRF/VRV, FCU, AHU and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air‑conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigerant‑related faults.
• Handle refrigerant charging, recovery and leak detection safely.
• Test and commission systems after installation or repair.
• Maintain accurate service records and report equipment issues.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on AC/HVAC experience.
• Technical qualification or diploma in HVAC/AC (preferred).
• Good knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical and HVAC drawings.
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.

Required skills

• Installation of split AC, package units, VRF/VRV, FCU, AHU.
• Preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance.
• Refrigerant handling (charging, recovery, leak detection) – R410A, R32, R134a.
• Electrical troubleshooting of compressors, motors, thermostats, capacitors, contactors, pumps, control systems.
• Use of AC testing and diagnostic tools.
• Reading electrical and HVAC schematics.
