Academic Coordinator – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

The Academic Coordinator will support the daily delivery of academic programmes in a fast‑moving educational environment. This position acts as the primary liaison between students, faculty, academic management and administrative teams, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the day‑to‑day delivery of academic programmes.
• Facilitate effective communication among students, teachers, academic managers and support departments.
• Maintain and organise academic schedules, student records, assessments and learning resources.
• Ensure all activities comply with institutional policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide admission counselling and support to prospective students.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
