Academic Coordinator – Registrar Department

About the role

The Academic Coordinator for the Registrar Department will support faculty across academic units by managing timetables, classroom logistics and teaching resources. This full‑time position reports to the Director of Academic Programs and ensures smooth delivery of teaching and research activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain academic program timetables and classroom schedules.
• Prepare teaching equipment, student materials, and administrative documentation for the Director.
• Arrange faculty teaching, research activities, internal and external meetings, conferences and travel itineraries.
• Organise academic assignments and invigilate examinations when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum two years of academic support experience in the higher‑education sector.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and adapt to diverse community needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective planning and organisational abilities.
• Fluency in French and English (Arabic is an advantage).
