Access Administrator (ServiceNow) – Corporate Services

About the role

A prominent investment organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for its Corporate Services / Facilities Service Desk. Black Pearl handles the recruitment. This is not an IT technical support position but a workplace services role focused on access control, work orders and employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal workplace service requests and work orders, assigning them to facilities, security, hospitality and other support teams.
• Monitor requests and ensure they are completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage employee and contractor building access, and issue and update ID cards.
• Prepare access-control, attendance and operational reports, and process time-and-attendance adjustments when authorized.
• Issue, collect and monitor secure access tokens.
• Handle internal calls and respond professionally to employee inquiries, prioritizing urgent requests and escalating emergencies.
• Conduct occasional inspections of restricted areas and provide general administrative support to Corporate Services.

Required profile

• Experience in facilities management, corporate services, access-control administration, FM helpdesk operations or a similar environment.
• Excellent command of English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, including weekends (6-day week).

Required skills

• Experience using ServiceNow is non-negotiable.
• Advantageous: experience with CAFM, service desk or work-order management systems.
• Strong Excel, reporting, customer service and coordination skills.
• Highly accurate, professional and discreet with security-related and confidential information.
