Account and Social Manager

About the role

The Account & Social Manager is the primary human interface between Liberate and its boutique real‑estate brokerage partners. You will own a portfolio of partner accounts, ensuring their social presence is on‑brand, consistent, and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned partners, acting as their trusted point of contact.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring briefs, production, approvals and publishing follow the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate feedback loops between clients and the studio, keeping projects moving efficiently.
• Produce regular performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Oversee influencer collaborations, handling logistics, deliverables and publication approvals.
• Flag performance concerns or content gaps early to the Creative Strategist and Creative Director.
• Participate in monthly strategy reviews to keep client direction up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing client accounts or social media in an agency or content studio.
• Strong communicator who can present confidently, manage expectations and hold honest conversations.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, capable of running tight calendars without delays.
• Familiarity with the real‑estate, property or luxury‑lifestyle sectors is a plus.
