About the role

qlub is a fast‑scaling fintech transforming payment experiences for hospitality and lifestyle venues. As an Account Executive for Beauty & Wellness, you will drive growth by partnering with salons, spas, aesthetic clinics and wellness centres, turning frictionless QR‑code payments into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty and wellness venues in your portfolio.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational support and queries.
• Monitor account performance, adoption rates and transaction volumes, addressing any issues promptly.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks, competitive threats and adoption drops.
• Educate partners on new features, uncover upsell opportunities and contribute to retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Tech, Support and Sales teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide partner feedback to inform product improvements and process optimisations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in account management or client‑facing sales roles, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to move quickly, make decisions with incomplete information and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with venue owners and managers.
• Passion for solving complex problems in payments, beauty and wellness sectors.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS or fintech solutions is a plus.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
