Account Executive - GenAI & SaaS (MENA)

About the role

BytePlus, ByteDance's technology and product development arm, is looking for an Account Executive to build its business across MENA. The role focuses on establishing a sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solutions and selling consultatively to growth-stage customers in GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications and API-based creative tools.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a proven, sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite and expand the business across MENA.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to grow the customer base and drive new logo adoption in MENA countries.
• Sell consultatively and identify, prospect and convert growth-stage customers across GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications and API-based creative tools.
• Build predictable pipelines through outbound prospecting, developer relationships, app ecosystem communities and aggregator partnerships.
• Convert aggregator-driven accounts (marketplaces) into direct enterprise accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing mid-market deals and managing full sales cycles.
• Prior exposure to Israel or US SaaS ecosystems.
• Preferred: a computer science or engineering equivalent background, strong business acumen with an MBA a plus, and experience in video cloud or AI/ML, consultative or solution sales, or consulting.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of GenAI workflows (image/video generation, creative automation, LLM-based applications).
• Experience in creative SaaS, e-commerce tools or developer/API ecosystems.
• Understanding of workflows in e-commerce content generation, advertising or creative automation.
