Account Executive

About the role

Rayqube is a leading experiential technology company creating immersive, digitally led spatial experiences for brands, government entities, and cultural institutions. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive business growth by collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and understand client briefs, requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout pitch and project stages.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow‑ups.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative, design, technical, production, and procurement teams.
• Coordinate internally to ensure proposals, designs, quotations, and presentations are completed on time.
• Prepare pitch presentations and commercial proposals with relevant internal teams.
• Present concepts and proposals confidently to clients and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, provide regular progress reports, and support project handover.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, business development, events, exhibitions, advertising, or a creative agency.
• Strong client‑facing, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to understand client briefs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
• Commercially minded, organized, and comfortable following up with clients.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; UAE agency experience and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.
• Candidate must hold a valid UAE residency visa.
